Dark colour with violet reflections. Tones of bitter chocolate and sweet fragrance of toasted wood and damson-cheese are wedded in its very broad and attractive aromas. Long-lasting and chubby taste in which we can find sour cherries in chocolate, roasted coffee and blackberry jam. Harmonious finish with nice sweet tannin. We recommend it to dishes full of flavour. Serve at 14-16°C. Dry.
