The color of the wine is honey yellow with golden menisci. The aroma is quite distinct, dense, with notes of dried pears, raisins canned in honey and a bit of vanilla. The taste is very round, long and colorful, finished by wonderful acid. Try the wine with rabbit steaks or simply enjoy it when meditating in the evening. It is medium-dry; the ideal temperature for serving is 12-14°C.
