Terms of payment
We offer our customers two most usual ways of goods payment:A) Cash on delivery – you pay for goods when collecting it at the post office or from a courier
B) In-advance bank transmission onto the supplier’s account
All the prices mentioned in our price list are inclusive VAT (20%). The invoices for the customers, VAT-payers abroad, will be issued excl. VAT:
Terms of delivery
The goods are delivered in the six-pack. Choice wines can be combined in the pack.Our struggle is not to postpone the supplies of ordered goods. The goods are usually dispatched within 2 workdays. If it is not possible to arrange for the order within the above deadline, we are ready to contact the customer and to agree upon the next procedures in a satisfactory manor with him.
Freight

Before the customer takes-over the goods from the forwarding agent, he is obliged to check if the consignment has not been damaged by transport. If the consignment is damaged, the customer is obliged to check the content of the consignment and to find out if the goods inside the parcel have not been damaged by transport. About such damage, he is obliged to inform the forwarding agent and the seller by an e-mail immediately. Any later claim caused by transport cannot be taken into consideration. The forwarding agent is responsible for any damage of the goods, caused by transport.Personal data protection
Vinum Moravicum a.s. as the On-line Shop operator pledges himself not to provide any third person with the entrusted personal data without an approval of the owner of such data, and not to use the entrusted personal data for any commercial offer that does not connect with promotion of his Online-Shop. Simultaneously, he undertakes to cancel the data from his database anywhere upon wish of the customer, even if he does not give reasons for that.back
